		<description>I&#039;m not a chef, far from it but I can use Google efficiently! So I felt on this easy recipe and was surprised by the taste. Healthier and far less salty than those premixed pouches you find at the grocery store. And not that much longer to make.

The only things I did differently: I used powder instead of cubes and the recipe says not to stir the tomatoes and chopped peppers but I did. I didn&#039;t make much of a difference I presume.

Anyway, thanks for posting it, it saved my dinner last night!

the sauer cream is used in quesadillas, sopes, gorditas, even some soups but never in tacos unless the tortilla is fried ( then it would be flauta or taco dorado)</description>
