Tater Taco Casserole
A remarkable Mexican casserole recipe with nacho cheese soup and authentic Mexican spices. This recipe yields 7- 8 servings.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed nacho cheese soup, undiluted
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning
- 1 (11 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (32 ounce) package tater tots
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2/3 cup water
Directions
- First, cook beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
- And then, stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Add corn and soup; mix well.
- Meanwhile, transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Arrange Tater Tots in a single layer over the top.
- Lastly, Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
- Tater Taco Casserole is ready to serve!
